Course description

The workshop is designed for the practical use of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resources (HR). Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to integrate generative AI into their HR processes, leading to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved employee satisfaction.

Jakub is a senior AI architect with more than 11 years of experience in computer science and startup strategy, specializing in graph algorithms, NLP, GNN, probabilistic graphical models and causal inference. He has served as a founder or technical lead in several education startups and has led more than two dozen projects including chatbots, text generation, predictive machine learning, web portals, and graph database APIs.
His passion lies in using the most modern technologies to build software and process scientific research supporting the innovative potential of the Czech Republic. He has experience in building complex AI systems for a number of startups and corporations, where he integrated, among other things, knowledge graphs, graph neural networks and large language models
