Machine learning uses algorithms to identify patterns in the data, and these patterns are then used to create a data model that can formulate predictions. It can process an unthinkable amount of data, which will bring us a completely new perspective not only on production processes, but also customer behavior, for example on an e-shop or website providing services, and thus anticipate the subsequent development of demand.
