Karel is a Business Architect, Business Analyst and Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience in the analysis and implementation of IT solutions both in international financial companies and small startups. In his practice, he focuses on maximum efficiency, both from the direction of the intended solution and the task for IT. Karel does not just blindly adopt methodologies that have proven themselves elsewhere. He always views the project as unique, set in a unique environment, to which he adapts his methodology, but does not submit to it. At the same time, it highlights principles that apply regardless of the project context. Due to his extensive experience in both the BA and PM spheres, he is able to name well how the cooperation of both roles (and others included in the project) should look like.
