Required knowledge

The course develops from a brief introduction to AI and its application in marketing. Subsequently, the participants will get acquainted with the first steps in using ChatGPT. After that, he will focus on branding, content marketing and design. Furthermore, how to use these tools for social networks, campaigns, search, and e-mail marketing.

At the end of the course, participants will learn about other areas where the acquired knowledge can be applied - such as internal communication, customer service, human resources management (HR), process automation, e-shops and website creation.
