Course description
The only effective way to not be left behind is to have a system and tools that will allow the process to be adjusted flexibly and without great costs to the needs of the market. That is the first part of the whole issue. The second is IT support, as a service provider for business processes. Modern IT should be flexible enough to respond to business demands in near real time. And that's what the second part is about, focused on adjusting the IT infrastructure according to changes in the business process.
In order for this ecosystem to function effectively, it needs to be measured, evaluated and optimized, and this is what the last part of the training focuses on, which deals with the collection, storage and evaluation of all events on processes and in the IT infrastructure.
Course content
