ISO/IEC 19770-1 Information technology — IT asset management

At the same time, the seminar serves to understand the implementation and maintenance of ISO/IEC 19770. It can serve as a preparatory course for ISO/IEC 19770 SAM manager and ISO/IEC 19770 SAM auditor certification. The lecturer presents the theoretical and practical form of implementing the ISO standard with regard to his many years of experience in the field and real experience with the implementation of SAM in organizations. Every process contained in the ISO standard is analyzed in detail here, and at the same time there is also practical advice on how to prepare before starting the actual implementation of the certification process for the organization.
