PRINCE2® 7 Foundation + exam

PeopleCert release a new version of PRINCE2. It is referred to as PRINCE2 7th Edition, which will replace the current 6th edition. PRINCE2® 7 addresses changes in the project management sector and adapts to evolving working practices and technologies.

You’ll be introduced to the five connected elements of PRINCE2 - project context, principles, practices, processes, with people at its centre. Reflecting the changing face of project management, this latest version of PRINCE2 includes essential concepts such as sustainability, data management, commercial management and most importantly people management.
This course will help you not only to know PRINCE2, but also to apply it and tailor it to your projects.

There are no formal pre-requisites for PRINCE2 Foundation but course attendees would benefit from some prior experience of working in projects.

The PRINCE2® Foundation course is intended for anyone who uses project management, participates in projects as a project manager, team leader, project coordinator, analyst, etc., or wants to prepare for the PRINCE2® Foundation certification exam.
