Course description

During the week of intensive preparation, we will familiarize you with everything you will need to know for the exam. In addition to knowledge, experience from real practice is also important for success in the exam, which will help you answer the situational questions.

To succeed in the exam, you need to deal with 180 situational questions in less than 4 hours. The ratio of questions from the environment of agile and predictively managed projects in the test is approximately 50:50. At the same time, approximately half of the questions are focused on soft skills (teamwork, communication, conflicts, etc.) and the other half tests hard skills (backlogs, WBS, roadmaps, Gantts, etc.) By participating in our course, you will fulfill the exam requirement - min. 35 hours of education in project management.

Target audience

  • The course is intended primarily for those interested in PMI certification - PMP and CAPM (PMI - Project Management Institute). The course meets the qualification requirements for the PMP and CAPM exams (35 contact hours).
  • The course is also intended for all those interested in the project management standard according to PMI, one of the world's most recognized project management methodologies.

The course content is set directly by PMI, we use licensed educational materials, we use practice test questions compiled directly by PMI.

Certification

  • 180 closed-ended questions (most often ABCD with one correct answer, you will also encounter choosing two or three correct answers, matching the items of two columns). The questions are mainly of a situational nature.
  • 230 minutes (about 1,3 minutes per question)
  • exam language: English, German, Russian, French, Spanish, Polish and 9 other languages
  • a prerequisite is participation in the course in the range of min. 35 hours and experience (3 years of project management experience for a bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience for a high school education)
  • form: online or at a test center
  • the validity of the certificate is 3 years. In order to renew the certificate, it is necessary to collect 60 PDUs over the course of three years - i.e. 60 hours of personal development - participation in trainings, lectures, conferences, reading books, watching online videos, etc.
