Course description

Senior leadership uses lean concepts to link strategy to execution, which is referred to as Lean Portfolio Management (LPM). You will learn how to include feedback from participatory budgeting, how to react to change while upholding your funding goal and roadmap, how to link portfolio strategy and initiatives to the agile planning and execution of work, and more. With a focus on advancing the delivery of value to consumers through the development of products and solutions, LPM's major goal is to match agile development with business strategy.
