Course description
Six Sigma is a methodology focused on improving the quality of processes and reducing variability in production and services, which can help companies achieve greater efficiency and cost savings.
This five-day training should provide participants with sufficient knowledge and skills needed to successfully complete the Six Sigma Green Belt certification and to apply the Six Sigma methodology in their work environment.
The course structure covers the entire improvement cycle and will enable graduates to work independently on projects and effectively propose areas for process improvement.
Required knowledge
The training assumes knowledge of the topics covered in the Yellow Belt course.
Target audience
Six Sigma Green Belt is intended for professionals and workers who want to gain deeper knowledge and skills in the field of improving process quality and reducing variability. This training is suitable for the following target groups:
- Employees of manufacturing and operating companies - Six Sigma can help improve product quality, reduce costs and increase the efficiency of production processes.
- Employees in services and commerce - Six Sigma can also be applied in the service and commerce industries. People working in these industries will learn how to identify and solve problems associated with processes and services.
- Managers and Executives - Training is valuable for managers and executives as it provides them with the tools and techniques to improve processes in their organizations and achieve better results.
- Engineers and Analysts: Six Sigma Green Belt training is useful for engineers and analysts interested in statistical data analysis and process improvement.
- Anyone who wants to develop a career in quality improvement: Six Sigma Green Belt training is also for individuals who want to develop their career in quality and process management.
Course content
The entire course is organized according to the individual phases of the Deming cycle. One area is covered each day including practical exercises. The afternoon of the last day is reserved for the test.

Objectives
The goal of Six Sigma Green Belt training is to prepare participants for successful completion of Six Sigma Green Belt certification and to provide them with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to improve the quality of processes and reduce variability in the organization. Specific objectives of this training include:
- Understanding of Six Sigma methodology: Participants will have a deeper understanding of the basic principles of Six Sigma, its history and its place in quality management.
- Mastering the DMAIC methodology: Participants will learn and understand the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology of Six Sigma and will be able to apply this methodology in solving real problems.
- Statistical Data Analysis: Participants will be introduced to various statistical tools and methods that are key to analyzing data and identifying the causes of problems.
- Design and implement improvements: Participants will learn how to design and implement changes in processes to achieve significant improvements in quality and efficiency.
- Monitoring and control: Participants will learn how to create control plans and tracking systems to ensure that improvements are sustained over the long term.
- Certification: The goal is to prepare participants to successfully pass the Six Sigma Green Belt certification exam, which can enhance their professional credibility.
- Application in practice: Participants should be able to apply the learned skills and knowledge to real projects in their organizations and achieve measurable results.
