Course description

The program helps to develop the personal qualities and social manifestations of leaders, increases their level of emotional maturity and clarifies how this maturity affects their leadership style. This program combines emotional and transformational leadership to support the overall development of the participant.

This course is designed for 6 days, divided into 3 two-day blocks.

Target audience

The program is intended for existing leaders who want to deepen their skills and future leaders who want to prepare for this role.

  • To create a leader who knows himself, his motivation and is able to work with his habits.
  • Strengthen the leader's ability to create an environment that motivates and develops his team and leads them to independence and responsibility.
  • To support the development of real self-confidence in the leader.
  • To develop a leader who is a real role model for others, who knows how to lead and manage people.
  • Improve the leader's ability to understand the motivation and needs of his people and deal with them individually.

Kristina Leads experiential workshops and individual sessions focused on the development of human consciousness, work with the ego structure and the release of human potential. She coaches managers (professional, performance coaching, personality coaching) and private individuals (transformational and life coaching). Her approach is based on Mindful Coaching, Presence-Based Coaching and Somatic Coaching.

David Frič
David Frič

David is an experienced lecturer specializing in soft skills. With a rich professional background in sports and marketing and a successful playing career in futsal, he brings a deep understanding of team dynamics and the importance of soft skills. As a lecturer, he provides training focused on the development of emotional intelligence, leadership and team leadership.
