EXAM ITIL® 4 Foundation

The ITIL 4 Foundation certification is designed as an introduction to ITIL 4. It enables candidates to view IT service management through a comprehensive operating model for creating, delivering and continuously improving products and services.

ITIL 4 Foundation candidates will have an understanding of the following:

• A holistic approach to the facilitation of co-creation of value with customers and other stakeholders in the form of products and services
• The guiding principles of ITIL 4
• The four dimensions of Service Management
• Key concepts from Lean, Agile, DevOps, and why these are important to deliver business value
• How ITIL practices described in ITIL 4 will maintain the value and importance provided by the current ITIL processes, whilst at the same time expand to be integrated to different areas of service management and IT, from demand to value.

The certification can help:

• Those who require a basic understanding of the ITIL framework
• Those who want to understand how ITIL can be used to enhance IT service management
• IT professionals or others working within an organization that has adopted ITIL.

However, the ITIL Foundation certification can benefit anyone who has an interest in IT service management.

The exam is conducted in English. It is possible to choose German, French, Polish, Chinese or another language at your request.

• Duration 60 min (+15 min for candidates whose native language is English).
• 40 questions with a choice of 4 options.
• 26 correct answers are required to pass - 65%
• Without the possibility of using materials.

The certification is valid for 3 years. Subsequently, it is necessary to do recertification.

The exam is online proctored = After ordering the test, you choose the date of the exam (24/7). You can join the test from the comfort of your home or office. PeopleCert certification authority online proctors perform identification using sophisticated technology and supervise you remotely throughout the test.

An interesting option is RETAKE (Take2) - The possibility of passing the certification exam again within 6 months of the first unsuccessful attempt. RETAKE is needed to order before the first attempt.
The advantage is the price. You repeat the failed exam for a fraction of the price without having to buy it again at the full price.
