Certification

  • Prerequisites:  The candidate must have passed the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam
  • Without the possibility of using materials
  • 40 questions with a choice of 4 options
  • 70% correct answers for passing the exam (28 of 40)
  • The exam is conducted in English. It is possible to choose French, Spanish or another language at your request.
  • Length 90 min (+ 25% for candidates who do not have English as their mother tongue)
  • Bloom's taxonomy level 2 and 3
The certification is valid for 3 years. After that, recertification is required.
